  1. 1 posture is the way in which we hold our bodies while standing ,sitting or lying down while postural defects is defined as minor single deviations from correct posture. 2 static posture:, sitting and kneeling
    dynamic posture: walking running and kneeling 3 kyphosis:this is when the spine at the chest region is pushed backwards thereby pushing the head forward
    lordosis: this is when the spine of the abdominal region is pushed forward thereby pushing the head backward
    scoliosis:this is when the spine is spiral causing one shoulder to be higher than the other

    1.Posture is defined as the correct alignment of the body during stationary or movement position of the body.
    B. Postural Defect is the structural deviation of the body from correct body alignment
    2.a)Static Posture. Examples are standing,lying,sitting.
    b)Dynamic Posture. Examples are walking, running, lifting.
    3. Kyphosis:This is also called round shoulder,hunch back. Kyphosis is when the spine and

    the chest are excessively exaggerated backwards thereby pushing the head forward.
    Valgus Knee:This is inward angling of one leg or both leg at the knee. It is also called k leg.
    Varus knee:This is the outward bending of both legs at knee. It is also called bow legs.
    Scoliosis
    Lordosis.
